W11S series top-roll universal rolling machine is a new rolling machine made by introducing foreign and domestic technology and combining domestic actual situation. The pre-bending is done on this machine and the plate rolling can be quickly formed and the plate rolling accuracy is high. There is no need of auxiliary equipment and the investment is small. It is widely applied to petroleum, chemical industry, boiler, shipbuilding, water and electricity, metal structures and machinery manufacturing industry.
This machine belongs to hydraulic three-roll bending machine, which is used to roll the low-carbon steel (such as Q235-B, 20g, 20R) and low-alloy steel into the cylindrical shape at the normal temperature. The top roll can move vertically and horizontally.
The pre-bending is achieved by the horizontal movement of the top roll asymmetric to bottom roll.
The rounding is done by driving two bottom rollers through motor and reducer.
The elevation of the bottom roller is unchanged, so the feeding and operation is convenient.
Operating environment of machine tool: temperature -5～40°C; humidity ≤80%; power supply 380V±10% 50Hz
Remark: when the cone cylinder is made through rolling, the rolling capacity of this equipment is 1/3 of symmetric rolling capacity. (The cone cylinder is an auxiliary device. If this device is needed, customers should add fees).
