Performance and characteristic
This machine is in a hydraulic three-roller symmetric structure. The top roller vertically goes up and down at the central symmetric position of two bottom rollers. The hydraulic transmission is achieved by exerting the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston. The two bottom rollers rotate. The output gear of the reducer is engaged with gear of bottom roller to provide torque for rolling plate. The structure of this machine is compact and the operation and repair is convenient. The disadvantage of this machine is that the pre-bending of plate terminals needs other devices.
